Rich Lubkin

Richard F. Lubkin is the Founder and Principal of both “Benbrooke Realty Investment Company” and “Pretium Property Management”, along with dozens of affiliated entities and consultancies involved in the repositioning and redevelopment of distressed commercial real estate projects across twelve states.  Mr. Lubkin is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Architecture, where he earned his B.S. in Architecture. He received his C.S.S. in Administration and Management from Harvard University, and is a graduate of Columbia Business School, with an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance.  In addition to his business activities, Mr. Lubkin has also held numerous civic roles, including serving as Chairman of the Planning Board and as Chairman and primary author of his community’s master plan.  Mr. Lubkin has also sat on various charitable and advocacy boards.
